Blue Sushi

This is now our second time here and we are still blown away by the entire experience!! We just came back from Florida and having sushi there, now coming to Bleu Sushi we felt like we were teleported back they’re just as good if not better! The freshness, flavor, color, everything is unbelievable & so hard to find up north. Everyone that works here is so friendly and they make you feel at home and like you’re apart of their family. Their craftsmanship is clear as every plate is beautiful and carefully thought out and has all the small details/flavors I didn’t know I was ever missing before! I simply cannot compliment this restaurant, their staff and their sushi enough! Come and check them out!

BLOWN AWAY!!! This restaurant and all the staff truly love what they do and the passion for the craft is clear. They go above and beyond with their personalization to ensure a magical experience for their guests. We came here on a whim but heard wonderful things and we are soooooo happy we came here today! We are originally from Florida and have had a hard time finding fresh amazing sushi, Bleu Sushi EXCEEDED our expectations. Definitely have to get the ice cream at the end!! Amazing value and portions! 10 stars!!! We will be back soon :) and save our seats

It was pretty good sushi. Nice vibe for a Saturday night out. Great for a girls night. A little too much shrimp tempura on the menu, but I think they mostly just place it on top of the roll so you can take it off if that’s not your taste. Extensive range of vegetarian options, which made ordering easy for my veg fiancé. He got the veggie sushi platter and I got the signature roll combo with the Ben Franklin roll and the Washington Square roll. I would return to this place. 9/14/2023 - UPDATE I initially wrote a review that was very complimentary. I no longer feel this way. My husband and I arrived at 9:05pm and the host told us the restaurant was open for take out only. Their hours are until 10:00pm. We had to beg them to let us sit and eat and they immediately locked the door shut behind us so that no other customers could enter. There was also a huge drip from a ceiling of the entry way that was just openly dripping into a bucket. Our food was very rushed. The waiter was practically running to us to get us out of the place. Also, the food tasted low quality and gave me food poisoning. Both my husband and I felt sick for two days after.

Was forced to order a combo which was more than the 2 rolls i wanted first red flag. i wasn’t even able to finish the food because i found some non sushi material in food and ended up throwing it all away because i was so disgusted. then i was met with a very rude manager who made up policies and made the lack of enjoyment of my meal my fault. wouldn’t recommend for quality sushi it’s more like overpriced supermarket sushi. definitely not quality customer service in house that would mediate the price either.

I was patiently waiting for 30 minutes for a pick up delivery once I know this time has passed I asked the manager to see what was going on with order. He ignored so I asked him again and he told me that I didn't have to stay to wait for the delivery even though I already wasted 30 minutes of my life. Not fair to your customers there are not in store. Also when I asked to speak to somebody higher he said he didn't care and that I had to walk out the the restaurant. So now I will put up a bad review for him disrespecting me and disrespecting your business. He hesitated to give me his name when I asked but another employee told me his name was Tee. If you fix your business and talk to your employees I will take off for bad review
